NORTHWEST ARKANSAS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION CORE SOFTWARE
On Novmember 1st, 2018, Northwest Arkansas will upgrade our core software to provide new services to our members.
The first change you’ll see is in our Online Banking – it’s got a new look and a new name: It’s Me 247!
The first time you log in to It’s Me 247, you will need to enter your account number and a new PIN. Your account number hasn’t changed, but your PIN has been re-set to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to choose a new password and challenge questions. You also have the option to assign a unique username to your It’s Me 247 account.

- More efficient in-person service when you visit our branch office.
- More enhanced products and services coming in the future.
- Audio Teller – Just call 833-206-9032 – toll free and enter your account number as your login and use the last four digits of your social security number as your password.
- Our new mobile app will be introduced later this year.
