Starting Tuesday, March 17, Northwest Arkansas Federal Credit Union will be happy to serve our members via our drive-thru. The lobby will be closed, but we will still be able to fully serve our members through the drive-thru. If you have a loan pending or a scheduled appointment, an employee will be in contact.
We are closely monitoring the latest reports from the CDC and have taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our members, employees, and community. We offer several automated services to help limit in person interactions:
